These Terms of Use govern your use of Cube & Ball, a puzzle game developed and published by Vitruvian Cage, operated by Andrés Barbeira, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
By downloading, installing or using Cube & Ball, you agree to these Terms.
Cube & Ball is a general-audience puzzle game suitable for players of all ages. It may be available through Google Play, the Apple App Store and, separately, the web. Features may differ between platforms.
You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use Cube & Ball for personal entertainment purposes.
You do not acquire ownership of the game, its software, artwork, levels, characters, sounds, designs or other intellectual property.
Cube & Ball may offer free and Premium functionality.
Premium may provide benefits such as removal of certain forced advertising, Premium-related game features and cloud synchronization of supported progress.
The exact features included in Premium may change as the game evolves. Voluntary or rewarded advertising may remain available even for Premium users when it provides an optional in-game benefit.
Cube & Ball may include virtual items such as Coins.
Coins may be granted through gameplay, promotions or purchases. Coins:
Purchased consumable Coins are subject to the rules of the platform through which they were purchased.
Purchases are processed by the platform from which Cube & Ball was downloaded. Google Play or Apple, as applicable, handles payment processing, billing and payment-method information.
Refund requests are generally subject to the rules and procedures of the relevant store.
Premium status may be associated with a Google account on Android or an Apple account on iOS.
Users may need to authenticate with the appropriate account in order to restore Premium status or synchronized progress.
Restoration is subject to technical availability, store verification and the continued availability of Cube & Ball's online services.
For non-Premium users, game progress and settings are stored exclusively on the device and are not synchronized to Vitruvian Cage cloud storage.
Premium users may have supported progress synchronized through Firebase cloud services.
We use reasonable efforts to preserve cloud-synchronized progress, but we do not guarantee that progress, Coins, Medals, records or other game data can never be lost, corrupted or unavailable.
Users are responsible for maintaining access to the Google or Apple account associated with their Premium identity.
The free version of Cube & Ball may display advertisements. Some advertisements may be mandatory and others may be optional or rewarded.
Advertising frequency, format and availability may change over time.
Cube & Ball may allow users to share gameplay screenshots, links or predefined promotional text through the device's sharing functions or third-party applications.
Cube & Ball does not provide an internal chat or social network and is not responsible for the external services selected by the user for sharing.
Cube & Ball may be updated, modified or expanded over time. This may include changes to game features, available levels, advertising, Premium benefits, supported devices, online functionality or pricing.
Some Cube & Ball features may depend on third-party or online services.
We do not guarantee that online features will remain available indefinitely. If Cube & Ball or its online services are discontinued, cloud synchronization, restoration or other connected functionality may cease to operate.
Where reasonably practical, we may provide advance notice before permanently discontinuing significant online functionality.
You may not:
Cube & Ball, Vitruvian Cage, their visual identity, game content and associated materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
Cube & Ball is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We aim to keep the game reliable and functional but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device or complete absence of errors.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Vitruvian Cage and Andrés Barbeira will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting from use of, or inability to use, Cube & Ball.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
When Cube & Ball is downloaded through Google Play or the Apple App Store, your use is also subject to the applicable terms and policies of that platform.
If platform rules conflict with these Terms in an area controlled by the platform, the platform's requirements apply.
We may update these Terms when Cube & Ball or its services change. The current version will be published on cubeandball.com.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, Argentina, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights that apply in the user's country of residence.
