Cube & Ball is a puzzle game developed and published by Vitruvian Cage, operated by Andrés Barbeira, Ciudad Autónoma de Buenos Aires, Argentina (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use Cube & Ball, why it is processed, and the choices available to you.
Cube & Ball can be played without creating a separate Cube & Ball username or password.
Non-Premium users: game progress, settings and related gameplay data are stored exclusively on the device and are not synchronized to Vitruvian Cage cloud storage.
Premium users: supported game progress may be synchronized through Firebase cloud services so that it can be restored or used on compatible devices associated with the same Premium identity.
Premium users may authenticate through Google Sign-In on Android or Sign in with Apple on iOS. These services provide an account identifier that allows Cube & Ball to associate Premium status and synchronized progress with the correct user.
We do not require users to create a separate Cube & Ball password.
Purchases such as Premium access or Coin packs are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store.
We do not receive or store your payment card information. We may receive information necessary to confirm that a purchase is valid and to determine the products or entitlements associated with the user.
The free version of Cube & Ball may display advertising through Google AdMob or similar services.
Advertising providers may process information such as device identifiers, approximate location derived from technical information, advertising interactions, and other information required to deliver, measure, limit or personalize advertising.
Where required, Cube & Ball will request consent before using personalized advertising.
We may use services such as Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand how the game performs, identify crashes and technical problems, and improve Cube & Ball.
This may include technical information such as device type, operating system, app version, crash events and general usage information.

Premium users may have supported game progress stored using Firebase services.
Local data may continue to exist on the device independently of cloud-stored data.
Although we take reasonable measures to preserve synchronized progress, no storage system can guarantee permanent or error-free preservation of data.
Local game data remains on the device until it is deleted by the user, the operating system, or removal of the application.
Cloud data associated with Premium users may be retained while the account remains active. Cloud data associated with accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more may be deleted.
We may also delete cloud data if Cube & Ball or its related online services are permanently discontinued, subject to reasonable notice where practical.
Premium users may request deletion of their cloud account data.
Deletion may be available from within Cube & Ball and/or through a data-deletion page on cubeandball.com.
We may require authentication through the same Google or Apple account used with Cube & Ball in order to confirm the request.
Deleting Cube & Ball cloud data does not automatically delete purchase records maintained independently by Google or Apple.
Cube & Ball may allow players to share gameplay screenshots, links, or predefined promotional text through sharing functions provided by the device or third-party applications.
Cube & Ball does not operate, host, or control the external services through which users choose to share that content, and does not provide an internal chat or messaging service.

Some service providers used by Cube & Ball operate infrastructure in multiple countries. As a result, information may be processed outside the country where you live, subject to the safeguards and legal mechanisms used by those providers.
Cube & Ball is a general-audience puzzle game suitable for players of all ages. It is not specifically designed or directed at children.
The game does not include chat, public profiles, social networking features, or user-generated content hosted by Cube & Ball.
Cube & Ball may include optional in-app purchases processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Any parental controls, purchase authorization settings, or other protections provided by those platforms remain applicable.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information handled by Cube & Ball. However, no electronic storage or transmission system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Cube & Ball, its services, or applicable legal requirements change. The current version will be published on cubeandball.com.
